Airport Shuttle Reservation Request Form

  • This free Shuttle service will operate at 9:00 AM only on Thursday, March 20th and numerous shuttles on Friday, March 21st and Saturday, March 22nd
  • In order to guarantee a seat on the shuttle you must reserve a seat using this online request form.
  • Seating on most buses is limited to 50 people, so we strongly encourage you to reserve a spot as early as possible.
  • If we are unable to guarantee you a seat, we will put you on a waiting list.
  • This service is open to all students at the University of Chicago. Only ONE SEAT is reserved per reservation, NO exceptions. Note that some room is left to accomodate a reasonable quantity of luggage.
  • Upon subitting a reservation request form, you will be directed to a confirmation page.
  • If you have a reservation you MUST be at the Shuttle at least 10 MINUTES before your scheduled departure time or else your seat will be given to those on a waiting list.
  • All shuttles will be departing from in front of the Regenstein library on 57th St.
  • When traveling to O'Hare allow for 2 hours.
